Standard Terms
All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Airport Agreement
*O’Hare and Midway Airport Arrivals: Please call 312-890-8332 or 312-804-1310 for pick up after retrieving luggage with your name or confirmation number. The operator then will tell you, your vehicle’s description, license plate and which door to exit from.
*Cancellation Policy: We have a 4 hours cancellation policy for Town Cars . You can cancel a reservation 4 hours before the reservation takes place with NO penalty. YOU MUST CONTACT US BY PHONE!
* For all reservations scheduled for pick up from 12:00 AM to 8:59 AM you have to call us and canceled before 8:00 PM the day before.
* For all reservations scheduled for pick up from 9:00 AM to 11:59 PM you have to call us and cancelled 4 hours before the pick up time.
* 5 day notice for Stretch Limousines
* 7 days notice for Larger SUV, Vans and Minibuses.
* 7 days notice for larger Buses and Motor Coaches. If you failed to do so a Cancellation Fee equal to the total trip cost will be charged.
*Waiting Time/Extra Stop Policy: NO waiting time charge for airports pick up! For other pick up locations if the driver is required to wait more than 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, you will be charged $25 per 15-minute interval up to 45 min for Stretch Limos $15 for town cars , $25 for Mercedes ans small Suv .After that charter rate will apply. For each extra stop in-route a fee of $25 will apply. Non in-route stop – subject to special quote.
*No Show Policy: The full fare will be charged if the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location. To avoid being billed as a no-show, please do not leave your location without contacting us:

*Reservation Changes Policy: You can make changes to any placed reservation. We will tray our best but we do not guarantee vehicle availability for any reservation changes made up to 2 hours before the pick up time.
*Holiday Rates: There will be an additional $30 charge for travel (direct compensation for the chauffeur and stuff) on Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Eve.
*Luggage Handling Policy: Chauffeurs are only authorized to carry any luggage to and from the vehicle and the exterior front door.
*Pets Policy: We reserve the right to refuse any animal that we feel inappropriate for travel, with the exception of Seeing Eye dog.
